My Thesis

My thesis researches the use of the Balance scorecard (BSC) approach to evaluate the performance of ”Enterprise Modeling” intiatives within organizations. The Delone & Mclean IS success measurement theory was used within the Enterprise Modelng context, to systematically identify the dependent sucess measurement variables and their inter relationships which were applied to the balance scorecard. A case-study is made with ST Microelectronic's enterprise modeling initiative.
